Hi I am Vimarsh a.k.a AmateurProChef!
My name is Vimarsh! I am a food content creator from Toronto and I love to cook good food and enjoy time with friends and family! I was born in India and came to Canada at a very young age and went back to India for a few years during my teenage years. I was able to experience both cultures and truly appreciate different cuisines. Growing up in Canada, it is a multicultural hub and this introduced me to so many different flavours and cuisines and instantly fell in love with cooking and trying new things.
What got me started?
I have always loved to cook but without any experience my meals were pretty bad early on lol. One day I started watching Masterchef Australia, Chopped, Top Chef and since then I have tried to learn different culinary techniques and balancing flavors. I personally love to eat so this was a great reason to learn.
After learning and making good food, I truly got enjoyment from seeing the excitement on others faces when they eat my food. Both the love for eating and feeding others keeps me in the kitchen.
