Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • 1 cup of chopped green onions

  • 3 thick egg noodles

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey/sugar

Directions

  • Wash and chop up the green onions, any shape works but julienning it will make it look nicer.
  • Heat up oil in a pan and fry onions for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until brown.
  • Strain the oil form the fried green onions.
  • Boil noodles according to package.
  • In a pan, add in the oil, cooked noodles, fried green onions, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and honey.
  • Mix it all up and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
  • Now its time to enjoy!
