Blue Berry Baked Oats (High Protein)

Cooks in 1 hour Difficulty Easy

Baked oats are a great substitute for loafs, cakes, etc. You can customize ti your liking and add protein to make every bite worth it for your nutrition. I have been making this for a very long time and have it for breakfast most days. Its an easy way to get your day started with a nutritious snack which will leave you satiated because of the protein and oats.

What I love about this is the ease and prep. You can meal prep these ahead of time for an entire week. I like to make 1 loaf and cut it into 6 strips for meal prep. This entire loaf has around 55 grams of protein. I like to substitute sugary maple syrup with zero calorie maple syrup. The brand I use is Maple Grove Farms.

I made this with blueberries but you can add anything you want, just have to keep the same base!

(Optionally you can use frozen blueberries)
