Another easy recipe which is tasty and has high protein. Entire loaf has around 55 grams of protein and 5-6 serving so each serving is an easy 10 grams of protein. You can meal prep these and store them for a week in the fridge and its an easy on the go snack.

I start by combining all my ingridients in a bowl and as I do that, I preheat my oven to 400 F.
Once everything is mixed, I add it to a bread pan and bake at 400 F for 35-40 minutes.
TO check doneness of the baked oats, poke the loaf with a butter knife or toothpick and if it comes back clean, it is ready.
Once cooked, let it sit for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
