3 eggs
1 large red onion
2 tomatoes (I used 2 medium roma tomatoes)
4-5 green chillies
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger
1.5 tbsp oil
Salt
Black pepper
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
Directions
- Dice up your onions, tomatoes and green chillies ( finely dice green chillies)
- Mince your garlic and ginger.
- In a pan heat up your oil and add your onions, let those cook for a couple minutes on medium heat until a bit soft.
- Add in your tomatoes, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
- Let that cook for a few minutes until tomatoes are soft.
- Add in your spices and mix.
- Crack in 3 eggs and scramble them up. Keep cooking until you reach your desired scrambled egg consistency.
