Ingredients

  • 3-4 bricks Chow mein noodles (I used Y&Y company)

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • Veggies of your choice (I used 1 red onion, 1 bell pepper, sliced mushrooms and 4 green chillis finely chopped)

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

Directions

  • Sautรฉ veggies until soft(ish) in 1 tbsp oil (3-4 minutes on medium heat)
  • boil noodles for 3 minutes
  • add them to sautรฉd veggies and add the following sauces listed in the ingredients above
  • Add black pepper and green onions and now its time to devour!
